摘　　要：随着时代的发展,国家的进步,经济的繁荣,各行各业需要更多的技能型人才,而不仅仅是务工人员,此刻,培养高端技能型人才与高等教育紧密相连。高等教育中人才培养体系的构建,一直是值得研讨的话题。结合当代大学生学习特点和时代所需,以硅湖职业技术学院汽车技术服务与营销专业为例,对以教学内容、教师主角为中心的传统模式进行改革,展开“以学生为中心”的多元化人才培养体系探索与思考。With the development of the times,the progress of the country and the prosperity of the economy,all walks of life need more skilled talents,not just migrant workers.At this moment,the cultivation of high-end skilled talents is closely related to higher education.The construction of talent training system in higher education has always been a topic worthy of discussion.Combined with the learning characteristics of contemporary college students and the needs of the times,taking the automotive technical service and marketing major of Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College as an example,the traditional model centered on teaching content and teacher protagonists is reformed,and the“student-centered”diversification is carried out to explore and reflect on the talent training system.
