摘　　要：本文以陶瓷基摩擦材料作为切入点,简要叙述陶瓷基摩擦材料的含义与主要种类,详细阐述陶瓷基摩擦材料的物理性能、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能,并提出陶瓷基摩擦材料在汽车刹车片中的应用策略。旨在充分发挥材料性能优势,彻底取代原有的粉末冶金、有机物型和半金属型摩擦材料,进一步强化汽车制动能力,保障汽车行驶安全。This paper takes ceramic-based friction materials as the starting point,briefly describes the meaning and main types of ceramic-based friction materials,elaborates the physical properties,mechanical properties,friction and wear properties of ceramic-based friction materials,and proposes that ceramic-based friction materials are used in automobile brakes.It aims to give full play to the advantages of material properties,completely replace the original powder metallurgy,organic type and semi-metal friction materials,further strengthen the braking ability of automobiles,and ensure the safety of automobiles.
