摘  要:随着汽车电动化趋势的加快,越来越多的轻量化材料应用于整车设计中。一般轻量化材料具有密度低、强度高或者通过结构、工艺的改变达到和原材料相同的作用而达到整体的重量降低的效果。整车重量下降,可以有效提升电动车的续航能力。故负责动力经济性指标的部门会积极推动轻量化材料的应用。在某些高端车型,车身采用全铝材料、底盘的转向节等部件也用铸铝替换,在保证强度的同时又能做到防锈和美观。本文以底盘结构件电动真空泵的轻量化材料应用进行研究,以塑料代钢作为研究载体,以期达到降本增效的目的。With the acceleration of the trend of vehicle electrification,more and more lightweight materials are used in vehicle design.Generally,lightweight materials have low density and high strength,or achieve the same effect as raw materials through changes in structure and process,so as to achieve the overall weight reduction effect.The reduction of vehicle weight can effectively improve the endurance of electric vehicles.Therefore,the Department responsible for power economy index will actively promote the application of lightweight materials.In some high-end models,the body is made of all aluminum,and the steering knuckle and other parts of the chassis are also replaced with cast aluminum,which can not only ensure the strength,but also achieve rust prevention and beauty.In this paper,the application of lightweight materials for chassis structure electric vacuum pump is studied,and plastic instead of steel is used as the research carrier,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
