摘 要:本文介绍了一种自动化且高柔性的后桥总成移载设备的开发过程以及在总装流水线上的应用实例。基于对设备运行逻辑的梳理,对设备应用场景和目标车型的异同点分析,以及对设备功能需求的研究,开发了一种适用于多产品流水线的自动化后桥总成移载设备。本文着重介绍了设备总体方案,机械结构部分以及自动化功能的设计及开发过程。该设备通过集成化的功能设计,解决了操作员工在不同移载设备之前切换的问题,并且通过实现车型识别、取料、移载、返回等一系列操作的自动化,大大提高了生产效率。This paper introduces the development process of an automatic and highly flexible rear axle assembly transfer equipment and its application in the assembly line.Based on the logic of equipment operation,the analysis of similarities and differences between equipment application scenarios and target models,and the research on equipment function requirements,an automatic rear axle assembly transfer equipment,which is suitable for multi-product assembly line,has been developed.This paper focus on the design and development process of mechanical structure and automation function.Through the integrated function design,the equipment solves the problem of switching between different devices,and greatly improves the production efficiency by the automation of a series of operations such as vehicle type identification,object picking,transferring and equipment returning.
