乡村振兴战略背景下“产、景、村”融合发展研究--以万峰林为例

摘　　要：在农业生产型农村向农业生态保护、休闲旅游、文化遗产和社会稳定等多功能农村转型的过程中,应调整和优化生产、景观和村庄的关系。农村多功能演进的总体趋势是生产功能的多元化、生活功能的刚性化、人文功能和生态功能的刚性化的基本趋势。生产功能多样化体现在农产品供给、工业生产、旅游休闲融合、特色小城镇、田园综合体等生产-景观-村庄融合发展模式的不断推进。该文以兴义市万峰林景区为例,以党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略为基础,对万峰林在乡村振兴视域下将“产、景、村”相结合所采取的措施进行研究和分析,提出“产、景、村”在未来应当如何进行有效融合。In the process of the transformation of agricultural production-oriented rural areas to multi-functional rural areas such as agricultural ecological protection,leisure tourism,cultural heritage and social stability,the relationship among production,landscape and village has been adjusted and optimized.The general trend of the evolution of multi-function in rural areas is the basic trend of the diversification of production function,the rigidity of life function,and the rigidity of humanistic function and ecological function.The diversification of production functions is reflected in the continuous promotion of the development model of production-landscape-village integration,such as the supply of agricultural products,industrial production,tourism and leisure integration,small specialty towns,pastoral complexes and so on.Taking the Wanfenglin scenic spot in Xingyi City as an example,and based on the rural revitalization strategy put forward in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,this paper studies and analyzes the measures taken by Wanfenglin to combine"production,scenery and village"in the view of rural rejuvenation,this paper puts forward how to combine production-scene-village effectively in the future.
