摘　　要：档案治理能力是档案治理的综合性表现,对其进行评价是促进档案治理能力提升的有效途径。文章基于档案治理逻辑和档案治理能力框架的分析,以改进模糊评价方法为基础构建了档案治理能力评价指标和方法体系,并对某档案机构2018年的档案治理能力进行了测度实证研究。The ability of archives management is a comprehensive performance of archives management,and its evaluation is an effective way to promote the ability of archives management.Based on the analysis of archives governance logic and the framework of archives governance capability,this paper constructed the evaluation index and method system of archives governance capability with improved fuzzy evaluation method,and made an empirical study on the measurement of the archives governance capability of an archives institution system in 2018.
