摘　　要：石梁河水库采砂综合整治于2019年取得阶段性成果,基层水政监察队伍依法对非法采砂行为进行清理查处,非法采砂的特殊性以及水政监察队伍建设基础薄弱等问题,需要从顶层设计上予以强化,并结合实际加强自身建设。The comprehensive improvement of sand mining in Shilianghe reservoir has achieved phased results in 2019.The grass-roots water administration supervision team cleaned up,investigated and dealt with illegal sand mining according to law.The special nature of illegal sand mining and the weak foundation for the construction of water administration supervision team need to be strengthened from the top-level design and strengthen its own construction in combination with the actual situation.
