摘 要:目的建立加味四妙丸中迷迭香酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法采用Apollo C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%三氟醋酸溶液(42∶58)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温为35℃。结果迷迭香酸在0.2016~1.8144μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.14%,RSD为0.55%。测定了3批加味四妙丸样品,平均含量为468.2 mg/袋,RSD为0.74%。结论建立的加味四妙丸中迷迭香酸含量测定方法简便、快速,可作为加味四妙丸的质量控制测定方法。Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Modified Simiao Pills.Methods The separation was performed on an Apollo C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with methanol-0.1%trifluoroacetic acid solution(42∶58)as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm,and the column temperature was 35℃.Results There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the injection amount of rosmarinic acid in the range of 0.2016 to 1.8144μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 96.14%with RSD of 0.55%.Three batches of Modified Simiao Pills were determined,with an average content of 468.2 mg/bag and RSD of 0.74%.Conclusion The established method for determination rosmarinic acid content in Modified Simiao Pills is simple and rapid,and can be used for the quality control of Modified Simiao Pills.
