摘　　要：目的探讨自制双开窗袖套式手术巾在经远端桡动脉及桡动脉介入手术中的应用。方法选择2019年12月至2021年6月赣州市立医院收治的经远端桡动脉及桡动脉介入手术患者182例作为对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各91例。对照组围手术期采用常规手术巾,观察组采用自制双开窗袖套式手术巾,术后7 d评估患者效果,比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀程度、满意度及术后生活质量。结果两组术后1、3、5、7 d VAS评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3 d VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术7 d后观察组的肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术7 d后手术方法、手术效果及护患沟通满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术7 d后情感功能、躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能及社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制双开窗袖套式手术巾用于经远端桡动脉及桡动脉介入手术中,有助于减轻患者疼痛及肿胀,可获得较高的满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of self-made double fenestration sleeve surgical drape in interventional surgery via distal radial artery and radial artery.Methods A total of 182 patients undergoing distal radial artery and radial artery interventional surgery admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 91 cases in each group.The control group was given a conventional surgical towel during the perioperative period,while the observation group was given a self-made double-window sleeve surgical towel.The effect of the patients was evaluated 7 days after the operation,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,swelling degree,satisfaction and postoperative life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the two groups at 1,3,5,and 7 days after operation were higher than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 and 3 days after operation were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the degree of swelling in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfactions of intervention method,intervention effect and nurse-patient communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 7 days of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The affective,cognitive function,role function and social function scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made double-window sleeve surgical towel is used in the distal radial artery and radial artery interventional surgery,which can help reduce the pain and swelling of patients,achieve high satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative
