摘　　要：目的探讨全身用药联合耳后注射注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗全频下降型突发性聋的效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年9月淮安市第一人民医院分院收治的106全频下降型突发性聋患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的差异将其分为联合组(55例)和常规组(51例),联合组采用全身用药联合耳后注射注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,常规组采用单纯全身激素治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果,比较治疗前后两组患者的言语识别率测试结果、纯音测听测试结果及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组言语识别率高于常规组,纯音听阈值低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.931)。结论相较于常规全身用药,全身用药联合耳后注射注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗全频下降型突发性聋可提高患者的言语识别率及纯音听阈值,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of systemic medication combined with retroauricular injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the treatment of full-frequency descending sudden hearing loss.Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with full-frequency descending sudden hearing loss admitted to Huai′an First People′s Hospital Branch from January 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the combined group(55 cases)and conventional group(51 cases)according to different treatment methods.The combined group was treated with systemic medication combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for retroauricular injection,and the conventional group was treated with systemic hormone alone.The therapeutic effects and the results of the speech recognition rate test,the pure tone audiometry test results and the incidence of adverse reactions during medication before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the speech recognition rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the pure tone hearing threshold was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.931).Conclusion Compared with conventional systemic medication,systemic medication combined with retroauricular injection of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate can improve the speech recognition rate and pure tone hearing threshold of full-frequency descending sudden hearing loss patients,which is safe and reliable.
