全息经络刮痧疗法联合滋肾平肝法治疗更年期 高血压患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析全息经络刮痧疗法联合滋肾平肝法治疗更年期高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年6月在盐城市中医院就诊的60例阴虚阳亢型更年期高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦片口服降压治疗,观察组患者采取全息经络刮痧疗法联合滋肾平肝法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前和治疗1个月后的中医证候积分和激素水平。结果观察组患者的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血清雌二醇(E_(2))、雄性激素(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的血清E_(2)水平高于治疗前,T、FSH水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血清E_(2)水平高于对照组,T、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全息经络刮痧疗法联合滋肾平肝法治疗更年期高血压临床疗效确切,可缓解患者更年期症状,改善更年期高血压患者的高血压水平和体内激素水平,值得广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with Zishen Pinggan therapy in the treatment of climacteric hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with menopause hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity treated in Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given Irbesartan Tablet oral antihypertensive treatment,observation group was given holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with Zishen Pinggan treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and hormone levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no sig nificant differences in serum levels of estradiol(E_(2)),androgen(T)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The serum E_(2) level of the two group after treatment were higher than those before treatment,while T and FSH levels were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum E_(2) level in observation group was higher than that of control group,while T and FSH levels were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ho
