摘　　要：目的探讨基于移动医疗APP的用药指导在老年慢性病患者安全服药中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年3月在康美医院就诊的120例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组按常规用药指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于移动医疗APP的用药指导。对比两组患者干预前后的用药安全行为、服药依从性和护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的用药安全行为得分、服药依从佳的比例、服药依从性差的比例和护理满意度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的用药安全行为得分、服药依从性佳的比例和护理满意度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于移动医疗APP的用药指导能够提高老年慢性病患者用药安全行为、服药依从性和护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of medication guidance based on mobile medical APP in the safe medication of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were treated in Kangmei Hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional medication guidance,and the observation group received medication guidance based on mobile medical APP on the basis of the control group.The medication safety behavior,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results There were no significant differences in medication safety behavior scores,the proportion of good and poor medication compliance,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,medication safety behavior scores,the proportion of good medication compliance and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medication guidance based on mobile medical APP can improve medication safety behavior,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
