摘  要:目的通过仪器法及手工显微镜法对体液标本细胞形态进行检测分析,并对两种方法筛查异常细胞的能力进行研究。方法对本院198例患者标本进行了回顾性研究。结果有核细胞计数仪器法和显微镜法有显著性的差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有核细胞分类显微镜法肿瘤细胞检出率高(26例),仪器法(2例);高荧光参数结果显示:肿瘤细胞主要分布在10%<HF-BF≤20%组、HF-BF>20%组。组间存在显著性的差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动体液分析仪在体液细胞学检测方面不能完全代替手工检测法,仪器法只能作为参考方法,必须进行人工显微镜复检,以确定异常细胞的种类。仪器法高荧光参数对异常细胞有一定的筛查价值。Objective To analyze the cell morphology of humoral specimens by instrument and manual microscopy,and study the ability of two methods for screening abnormal cells.Methods It used retrospective study.Results There was significant difference between the instrumental and microscopic methods of nucleated cell counting,and there was statistical significance in the difference(P<0.05);The relevance ratio of tumor cells by nuclear cell classification microscopy was high(26),instrumental method(2);High fluorescence parameters showed that tumor cells were mainly distributed in 10%20%.There was significant differences between the groups,and there was statistical significance in the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Automatic humoral analyzer cannot completely replace manual detection in humoral cytology detection,and the instrument method can only be used as a reference method.Manual microscope reexamination must be conducted to determine the type of abnormal cells.High fluorescence parameters have some screening value for abnormal cells.
