摘 要:为了解山东地区零售畜禽生肉源大肠杆菌的耐药特征以及菌株中超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的流行状况,本试验于2017年从山东不同地市的41个连锁超市采集了201份猪肉和鸡肉样品,随后进行菌株分离、药物敏感性试验和bla_(CTX-M)基因检测。结果显示,共分离获得201株大肠杆菌,菌株对氨苄西林的耐药率为79.6%,对三代头孢菌素类药物的耐药率约为40%,对阿米卡星的耐药率为18.9%;鸡肉源大肠杆菌对头孢菌素类药物耐药率极显著高于猪肉源大肠杆菌(P<0.01)。此外,共检出48株大肠杆菌携带bla_(CTX-M)基因,包括bla_(CTX-M-9G)(20.4%)和bla_(CTX-M-1G)(3.5%)。本调查结果表明,山东地区生肉源大肠杆菌耐药严重,ESBLs携带率较高,且鸡肉源菌株的耐药率显著高于猪肉源菌株。In order to define the antibiotic resistance profile of Escherichia coli from retail pork and chicken meat and determine the prevalence of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs)in E.coli isolates,this study collected a total of 201 pork and chicken meat samples from 41 chain supermarkets in different regions and cities in Shandong province for E.coli isolation,antibiotic susceptibility testing,and bla_(CTX-M) genes detection.The results showed that of 201 E.coli isolates obtained,79.6%were resistant to ampicillin,about 40%were resistant to third-generation cephalosporins,and 18.9%were resistant to amikacin.Notably,chicken meat-derived E.coli displayed a significantly higher resistance rate to cephalosporins than pork-sourced E.coli(P<0.01).In addition,48 of the 201 E.coli isolates carried the bla_(CTX-M) gene,including bla_(CTX-M-9G)(20.4%)and bla_(CTX-M-1G)(3.5%).Thus,E.coli isolates of raw meat origin in Shandong province are resistant to multiple antibiotics,and a high proportion contain ESBLs.Furthermore,the drug resistance rate of chicken-derived E.coli isolates is significantly higher than that of pork-derived E.coli isolates.
