摘 要:为调查2018—2020年南宁地区猪场猪等孢球虫病的流行情况,本试验采集南宁地区不同规模化猪场、散养户中不同日龄的患腹泻猪的粪便样品1319份,采用饱和盐水漂浮法、显微镜观察法和PCR方法进行猪等孢球虫检测,分析其流行情况。结果显示,2018—2020年猪等孢球虫(I.suis)总阳性率为26.1%(344/1319),其中规模化猪场I.suis总阳性率为10.0%,呈现逐年下降的趋势,散养猪场I.suis总阳性率为15.5%,呈现逐年上升趋势;2018—2020年规模化猪场、散养猪场主要以哺乳仔猪、断奶仔猪感染I.suis为主,分别占总样品数的8.6%和7.4%。本调查为南宁地区猪场猪等孢球虫病防控提供参考依据。In order to gain insights into the epidemiology of isosporiasis in pigs in Nanning,this study collected a total of 1319 fecal samples from different scale pig farms and free range households in Nanning between 2018 and 2020,and analyzed the prevalence of Isospora suis by using saturated saline floating method,microscope method and PCR method.The results showed that 26.1%(344)of the 1319 samples between 2018 and 2020 were positive for I.suis,of which 10.0%originated from large-scale pig farms,revealing a yearly downward trend,and 15.5%were from free range pig farms,indicating a yearly upward trend;further,I.suis infection in large-scale pig farms and free range pig farms mainly affected suckling piglets and weaning piglets,accounting for 8.6%and 7.4%of the samples,respectively.The technical insights uncovered in this study provide a useful reference for the prevention and control of isosporiasis in pig farms in Nanning.
