摘  要:针对产品创新设计时,逻辑关系抽象,确定子功能的过程较为复杂,提出基于CAI技术与TRIZ理论的产品概念创新设计方法。根据语义相近原则将收集的产品设计需求分类为几个子需求群,通过Goldfire软件检索得到子需求群的一级子功能;基于一级子功能的工作原理进行功能元定义和分解,根据功能元设计其功能载体,使用专利库和TRIZ理论完成产品机构的设计,并进行专利侵权判定。最后通过勾花网自动卷网机验证了此方法的可行性。For product innovation design, the process of determining the sub-functions and abstract logical relationship is very complex, a product innovation design method based on CAI technology and TRIZ theory was proposed.The collected product design demand was classified into several sub-demand groups according to the principle of semantic proximity.The first-level sub-functions of the sub-demand groups were retrieved through Goldfire software.The function elements were defined and decomposed based on the working principle of the first-level sub-functions.The functional carrier was designed according to function elements.Patent library and TRIZ theory were used as guidance to complete the design of product structure, and patent infringement judgment was made.Finally, the feasibility of the method was verified by the chain link fence automatic packaging machine.
