基于科学知识图谱的绿色犯罪学研究进展及展望——以Web of Science数据库收录文献为例

摘　　要：绿色犯罪学是近30年来西方犯罪学中以生态环境污染、非法走私动植物等为议题进行研究的新领域。借助CiteSpace及SATI等文献计量分析软件,对2006—2021年WebofScience收录的153篇绿色犯罪学文献的关键词、作者发文、机构发文、期刊载文、高被引文献等模块进行多维度可视化分析发现:绿色犯罪学研究主要集中于生态环境污染与犯罪研究、动物虐待与盗猎研究、生态环境立法研究、绿色犯罪学及理论分支研究四个领域;作者与机构发文均各自形成一定合作网络;高载文量期刊与高被引文献均集中分布于美国、英国、澳大利亚等国家。总体上,研究人员以跨国合作的高产作者为主、研究方法侧重于定性研究、研究内容多样且不断扩张。未来研究中,研究手段将更加多元、跨学科研究将成为常态、绿色犯罪学将实现中国本土化重构。Green criminology is a new field of research in western criminology in the past three decades,focusing on ecological environment pollution,illegal smuggling of animals and plants,etc.With the help of bibliometric analysis software such as CiteSpace and SATI,a multi-dimensional visualization of modules such as keywords,author publications,institutional publications,journal publications,and highly cited documents of 153 green criminology documents included in Web of Science from 2006 to 2021 was carried out.It is found that the research of green criminology mainly focuses on four fields:ecological environment pollution and crime,animal abuse and poaching,ecological environment legislation,green Criminology and theoretical branches;The author and the organization respectively forms a certain cooperation network;Most high-volume journals and highly cited articles are from the United States,Britain,Australia and other countries.In general,researchers are dominated by highly productive authors who collaborate across borders,and research methods focus on qualitative research,with a diverse and expanding range of research content.In the future research,research methods will be more diverse,interdisciplinary research will become the norm,and green criminology will be localized and reconstructed in China.
