摘　　要：知识产权案件办理具有高度的技术性、专业性、复杂性,需要打通“四大检察”对其予以专门性、综合性司法保护。部分检察机关就知识产权检察职能集中统一履行的探索表明,知识产权检察人员配置与办案水平参差不齐、知识产权检察一体化履职落实力度缺乏刚性、知识产权检察制度改革创新的规范供给缺失等问题亟待解决。新时代知识产权检察履职应以刑事、民事、行政检察集中统一理念为指引,不断深化知识产权专业化机构改革,增强顶层设计与业务规范供给,推进技术专家咨询制度,以回应日益增长的知识产权司法保护需求。The handling of intellectual property cases is highly technical,professional and complex,and it is necessary to get through the"four major procuratorates"to provide them with specialized and comprehensive judicial protection.The exploration by some procuratorial organs on the centralized and unified performance of intellectual property procuratorial functions shows that the allocation of intellectual property procuratorial staff and the level of case handling are uneven,the implementation of the integrated performance of intellectual property procuratorial functions lacks rigidity,and there is a lack of normative supply for the reform and innovation of the intellectual property procuratorial system,etc.The problems need to be solved urgently.The performance of intellectual property prosecutors in the new era should be guided by the centralized and unified concept of criminal,civil and administrative prosecutors,continuously deepen the reform of specialized intellectual property institutions,enhance top-level design and business specification supply,and promote the technical expert consultation system to respond to the growing demand of the intellectual property judicial protection.
