摘 要:针对传统方法无法实现对磁悬浮径向轴承振荡电磁力的有效控制,存在控制偏差较大、响应效率过低等问题,提出了一种高效的振荡电磁力自动控制方法。磁悬浮径向轴承电磁力系统由电学系统和力学系统构成,通过差动控制法实现转子的稳定悬浮,利用模糊规则对比例系数、积分作用系数、微分作用系数约束,使其可以在任意时刻下实现自调整,确保轴承时刻保持稳定的运行状态。通过仿真验证,所提方法具有理想的响应效率和控制精度,满足磁悬浮轴承运行需求,避免了振荡较大情况的发生。In traditional methods,the effective control for the oscillating electromagnetic force of the magnetic suspension radial bearing is unable to achieve,the control deviation is large and the response is slow.Therefore,this paper proposes an efficient method to automatically control the oscillating electromagnetic force.The electromagnetic force system of magnetic suspension radial bearing was composed of electrical system and mechanical system,which used the differential control to achieve the stable suspension of rotor.In addition,the fuzzy rule was used to constrain the proportional coefficient,integral action coefficient and differential action coefficient,so that the rotor can adjust by itself at any time and the bearing can run stably at all times.Simulation results prove that the proposed method has ideal response efficiency and control accuracy,which meets the operation requirements of magnetic bearing and avoids large oscillation.
