摘  要:煤矿跑车现象是斜井运输中常见的事故类型,单一的挡车装置难以满足需要,辅助挡车器配合主要挡车机构能够减少单一挡车装置的受力,提高拦截效率。面向2-8节矿车的应用场景,针对斜井车辆失控时撞击能量大、巷道环境复杂的问题,在传统拦截方式的基础上增加设计了辅助挡车器,建立了失控矿车碰撞的数学模型,分析了在矿车失控时的受力状态,得出进行动力学数据,通过SolidWorks Simulation仿真软件,将不同受力情况施加于辅助挡车器,进行挡车的静应力仿真分析,由仿真得到跑车防护装置可以提高车挡系统的柔性,延长矿车与车挡的碰撞时间,从而有效地减小矿车对车挡的碰撞力,保护矿车及跑车防护装置。以力学建模、动力学分析及有限元分析为铺垫,能合理充分的对煤矿斜井跑车高能碰撞柔性缓冲器进行设计,省去的大量的设计成本和时间。The phenomenon of coal mine sports car is a common accident type in inclined shaft transportation.A single car stop device is difficult to meet the needs.The auxiliary car stop combined with the main car stop mechanism can reduce the stress of a single car stop device and improve the interception efficiency.Facing the application scenario of 2-8 tramcars,aiming at the problems of large impact energy and complex roadway environment when the tramcar in the inclined shaft is out of control,this paper designs an auxiliary car stopper based on the traditional interception method,establishes the mathematical model of out of control tramcar collision,analyzes the stress state when the tramcar is out of control,and obtains the dynamic data.Through the SolidWorks simulation software,different stress conditions are applied to the auxiliary car stopper,and the static stress simulation analysis of the car stopper is carried out.The simulation shows that the sports car protective device can improve the flexibility of the car stopper system and prolong the collision time between the mine car and the car stopper,so as to effectively reduce the collision force of the mine car to the car stopper and protect the mine car and sports car protective device.Based on mechanical modeling,dynamic analysis and finite element analysis,it can reasonably and fully design the high-energy collision flexible buffer of coal mine inclined shaft sports car,saving a lot of design cost and time.
