河南省农产品虚拟水贸易发展水平测度及其驱动因素分析

摘　　要：虚拟水管理是缓解水资源约束的重要手段之一,我国农产品进出口中的虚拟水贸易在虚拟水管理中起到了重要作用。以小麦、水稻、玉米等粮食作物作为代表性农产品,利用投入产出法对河南省2015—2019年农产品虚拟水贸易量进行测度,并构建包括人口与经济发展、资源禀赋、科学技术与能源消耗、对外贸易、农业生产和居民消费等指标的虚拟水贸易发展水平综合评价体系。研究发现,2015—2019年河南省虚拟水贸易发展水平呈稳步上升的趋势,其中经济发展、基础设施建设、贸易顺差以及农业生产的实体水管理均为驱动河南省虚拟水贸易增长的重要因素。Virtual water management is one of the important means to alleviate the constraints of water resources.Virtual water trade in the import and export of agricultural products in China plays an important role in virtual water management.Taking grain crops(i.e.wheat,rice,corn)as representative agricultural products,the input-output method is used to measure the volume of virtual water trade of agricultural products in Henan Province from 2015 to 2019,and a comprehensive evaluation system for the development of virtual water trade is constructed,including population and economic development,resource endowment,science and technology and energy consumption,foreign trade,agricultural production and household consumption.The study found that the development of virtual water trade in Henan Province showed a steady upward trend from 2015 to 2019,among which economic development,infrastructure construction,trade surplus and physical water management of agricultural production were important factors driving the growth of virtual water trade in Henan Prov-ince.
