农户持续采用农业节水技术的影响因素研究

摘　　要：研究农户持续采用农业节水技术的影响因素,可为改进节水技术推广政策提供参考。基于石羊河流域典型灌区的农户问卷调查数据,采用Heckman样本选择模型分析了农户持续采用覆膜技术的影响因素。结果表明:农业节水技术的效果是影响农户持续采用覆膜技术最重要的因素;农户更看重农业节水技术的增产效果,而兼业农户对农业节水技术的耗工情况更敏感;政府宣传对农户持续采用覆膜技术的影响较小;水权分配和水权交易政策对农户持续采用覆膜技术有一定的促进作用;相对于累进加价制度,水费计量方式对农户采用覆膜技术的影响更大;村干部、耕地越集中的农户和以农业收入为主的农户更多地持续采用覆膜技术。The study on the influencing factors of farmers′sustainable adoption of agricultural water-saving technology can provide reference for improving the promotion policy of water-saving technology.Based on the questionnaire data of farmers in typical irrigated areas of Shiyang River Basin,Heckman sample selection model is used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers′continuous use of film mulching technology.The results are as follows.The effect of agricultural water-saving technology is the most important factor affecting farmers′continuous adoption of film mulching technology.Farmers pay more attention to the increase effect of agricultural water-saving technology,while part-time farmers are more sensitive to the labor consumption of agricultural water-saving technology.Government propaganda has little influence on farmers′continued use of film mulching technology.The policy of water right distribution and water right trade can promote farmers to adopt mulching technology continuously.Compared with the progressive pricing system,the water metering method has a greater impact on farmers′adoption of film mulching technology.Village cadres,farmers with more concentrated farmland and farm-ers with agricultural income are more likely to continue to use film mulching technology.
