摘 要:为满足峡江水利枢纽工程电站机组安装调试、并网发电和船闸通航等要求,充分结合工程实际,运用水文计算,从工程措施、计划安排、可行性、调度措施、安全保障等方面分析论证,提出了合理可行的一期蓄水方案。结果表明:一期蓄水方案分两个阶段实施,2013年7月底进行一期下闸蓄水,控制蓄水位为39.00 m;2013年9月完成门库封堵,9月底后控制蓄水位为42.00 m。经对两个阶段洪水计算和蓄水安全分析、超标准洪水大坝安全分析表明,工程度汛安全有可靠的保障。To provide the water level required by unit installation and debug,grid-connected power generation and navigation of Xiajiang Hydro-junction Project,considering the practical situation of the project,the hydrological calculation was conducted to obtain the reasonable and feasible first-stage water impoundment scheme from the aspects of engineering measures,planning arrangement,feasibility,dispatching measures and safety guarantee.The results showed that the first-stage water storage scheme should be implemented in two stages.At the first stage,the impoundment would be carried out at the end of July 2013,and the storage level was controlled at 39.00 m.At the second stage,the closure of the gate chamber was completed before September 2013,and the water storage level was controlled at 42.00 m after the end of September.Through the flood calculation of the two stages,the analysis of water storage safety and dam safety under exceeding standard flood,the flood control safety of the project can be ensured.
