摘  要:为保证兴隆水利枢纽的安全运行,通过有限元计算方法,利用ABAQUS软件根据泄水闸弧形工作闸门的钢材特性、受力特点、结构特征等建立三维模型进行应力计算,并结合现场条件,随机选取泄水闸2孔弧形工作闸门,在闸门主要受力构件高应力区域布设电阻应变传感器开展现场检测。有限元计算与现场检测的对比分析结果表明:设计水头下,闸门应力符合相关要求。基于有限元法的弧形工作闸门应力检测方法可为类似结构应力检测提供有益的借鉴。In order to ensure the safety of Xinglong Water Control Project,according to the steel characteristics of the arc gate of flood release sluice,stress characteristics,structural characteristics etc.,a three-dimensional model was established based on the finite element method and ABAQUS software for stress calculation.According to site conditions,two arc gates of discharge sluice were randomly selected,and resistance strain sensors were arranged on high stress areas of main stress components of the gate to detect the stress.The results of finite element calculation and site test showed that the stress of the gate met the requirements.The stress detection method for arc sluice gate based on the finite element method could provide useful reference for stress detection of similar structures.
