摘 要:抗战时期王鹤亭留学印度,在水利信息和技术方面实现了深入的交流。其引荐回国的印度四合土技术,在1940年经过王鹤亭的本土化试验和改进后,设厂制造产出灰土代水泥,成为战时水泥严重短缺情况下的替代方案,为綦江的水道整理和战略作用的发挥立下汗马功劳。灰土代水泥技术在我国引进并改进成功,顺利实现产业化,是发展中国家技术交流的一个典型案例,值得我们在当前复杂背景下予以重新考量。During the Anti-Japanese War,Wang Heting studied in India and made deep exchanges in information and technology of water conservancy.The technology of four materials combined clay he introduced from India,became alternatives of Pozzolanic Cement after the localization test and improvement done by Wang Heting in 1940.A factory was built for alternative cement producing and made great contributions to the tidying up of the Qijiang waterway and its strategic role.The successful introduction and improvement of lime-clay cement technology and the successful realization of industrialization in China are a typical case of technological exchanges in developing countries,worthy reconsidering in the current complex background.
