国内外失智专区照护模式发展现况及标准研究

摘　　要：失智专区照护模式是失智老年人机构照护的主要模式之一,在国外一些国家发展迅速。近几年国内一些城市已经开展探索,但是关于失智专区照护模式的内涵、类型和设置标准在国内尚缺乏相关研究。文章对美国、日本的失智专区照护模式发展情况和特点进行了介绍,对我国一些省、市的失智专区设置类型和标准进行了梳理,并提出我国的失智专区设置要小规模、多元化,环境布局应注重居家化、安全性,照护人员要专业化,服务项目要满足患者需求等建议,为我国失智专区照护模式的发展提供参考。Care mode of dementia special care mode is one of the main modes of institutional care of elderly with dementia,which has developed rapidly in some foreign countries.In recent years,certain cities in China have carried out some explorations,but there is still a lack of relevant research on the connotation,type,and setting standards for the care mode of dementia special care mode.The research summarized the development and characteristics of the dementia special care units in the United States and Japan,and sorted out the types and standards of dementia special care units in China.It was proposed that the dementia special care units should be set up to be small-scale and diversified,the environmental layout should focus on“home-based and safe”,caregivers should be professional and service projects should base on demand orientation,to provide reference for the development of the dementia special care mode in China.
