摘　　要：目的:调查分析上海市社区卫生服务中心康复服务现状并提出建设思路。方法:采用调查问卷方式,于2021年7月27日—8月27日调查上海市16个区的194家社区卫生服务中心康复服务现状。结果:有20家社区卫生服务中心未注册康复医学科,仅有42.27%的社区卫生服务中心开展了住院康复,门诊康复项目开展率普遍高于住院和站点,康复服务结构需要优化。结论:社区卫生服务中心康复服务发展仍然不充分,服务结构有待优化,康复从业人员专业能力和科研能力还有待提高。OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the current situation of community-based rehabilitation service in Shanghai.METHODS From July 27th to August 27th in 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the overall situation of reha⁃bilitation function of 194 community health service centers in 16 districts of Shanghai.RESULTS There were 20 community health service centers without registered rehabilitation medicine departments,and only 42.27%of the community health service centers car⁃ry out inpatient rehabilitation.The development rate of outpatient rehabilitation projects was generally higher than that of hospitaliza⁃tion and stations,and the structure of rehabilitation services needed to be optimized.CONCLUSION The development of rehabilita⁃tion services in community health service centers is still not sufficient,the service structure still needs to be optimized urgently,and the professional ability and scientific research ability of rehabilitation practitioners need to be improved.
