2016-2020年黑龙江省结核病预防控制机构实验室能力建设情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析黑龙江省结核病预防控制机构实验室能力建设情况。方法:收集2016—2020年黑龙江省各级结核病预防控制机构在机构设置、人员配置、硬件条件、实验室检测指标等方面的信息,了解全省结核病预防控制机构在实验室能力建设方面取得的进展和成效,分析面临的问题。结果:2016—2020年黑龙江省结核病实验室专业技术人员数量有所下降,结核分枝杆菌核酸检测设备在2020年达到全覆盖,初诊患者病原学检测率从2016年的67.18%上升到2020年的95.26%,结核病患者病原学阳性率由2016年的23.32%提升到2020年的54.18%,涂阴患者痰培养/分子生物学检查率由2016年的18.54%提高到2020年的79.73%。结论:2016—2020年黑龙江省结核病预防控制机构在实验室能力建设方面取得了较大进展,实现了《国务院办公厅关于印发“十三五”全国结核病防治规划的通知》中提出的一系列核心指标。在今后的工作中,要继续做好政策实施、资金投入、设备投入、人力资源调配等多方面的协调和保障,特别是做好分子生物学技术的推广和应用,使结核病实验室诊断能够更好为全省结核病预防控制工作服务。OBJECTIVE To analyze the laboratory capacity building of grass-roots Tuberculosis Prevention and control institu⁃tions in our province.METHODS To collect the information of setting up,staffing,hardware condition and laboratory test index of TB Prevention and control institutions at all levels in the province from 2016 to 2020,to understand the progress and effect of labora⁃tory capacity building in grass-roots tuberculosis prevention and control institutions in our province,analyze the problems faced,and explore the countermeasures for further work.RESULTS From 2016 to 2020,there has been a small change in the number of TB lab⁃oratory professionals in our province,and the proportion of laboratory professionals in institutions has declined.By 2020,Mycobacte⁃rium tuberculosis nucleic acid detection equipment to achieve all levels of full coverage.The detection rate of pathogens in the first-visit patients increased from 67.18%in 2016 to 95.26%in 2020.The positive rate of pathogens in the patients with tuberculo⁃sis increased from 23.32%in 2016 to 54.18%in 2020.The sputum culture/molecular biology examination rate of smear negative pa⁃tients increased from 18.54%in 2016 to 79.73%in 2020.CONCLUSION From 2016 to 2020,Heilongjiang has made considerable progress in building laboratory capacity for TB control and prevention,achieved the“13th FIVE-YEAR”National Tuberculosis Con⁃trol Program proposed a series of core indicators.In the future work,It should continue to do a good job in policy,capital invest⁃ment,equipment investment,human resources and other aspects of coordination and guarantee,especially do a good job in the pro⁃motion and application of molecular biology technology,make the tuberculosis laboratory diagnosis better serve for the whole prov⁃ince tuberculosis prevention and control work.
