摘　　要：目的:了解哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎三间分布及出生队列特征,为完善流行性腮腺炎防控策略提供数据支持。方法:对2005—2019年哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎病例资料进行描述性分析,并采用出生队列分析进行纵向研究。结果:2005—2019年哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎发病整体呈下降趋势,报告发病率从2007年的36.01/10万(最高)下降至2016年的3.18/10万(最低),发病高峰为每年的5—6月和12月—次年1月,年龄别发病率高峰从2011年起逐年后移。结论:含流行性腮腺炎病毒疫苗纳入扩大国家免疫规划后,哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎的发病率整体呈下降趋势,发病年龄有后移趋势,8岁以上人群将可能成为流行性腮腺炎易感人群。后续可通过流行性腮腺炎抗体水平的监测,观察流行性腮腺炎抗体水平在不同年龄人群中的变化,从而指导相应年龄的重点人群进行疫苗接种,以降低相应年龄人群流行性腮腺炎的发病风险。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Harbin and to provide basis for the con⁃trol of mumps.METHODS Describe the data of mumps cases in the city from 2005 to 2019,and conduct a longitudinal study by birth cohort analysis.RESULTS From 2005 to 2019,the overall incidence of mumps in Harbin showed a decline,with the reported incidence decreasing from 36.01/100000(highest)in 2007 to 3.18/100000 in 2016.The peak was from May to June and December to January,and the peak of age incidence shifted year by year from 2011.CONCLUSION After the mumps-containing virus vaccine is included in the expanded national immunization program,the overall incidence of mumps in Harbin shows a downward trend,and the age of incidence has a downward trend.People over 8 years old may become susceptible to mumps.Subsequently,the changes of mumps antibody levels can be observed through the monitoring of mumps antibody levels,so as to guide the vaccination of the key population of the corresponding age and reduce the risk of mumps in the corresponding age population.
