摘　　要：目的:分析重庆市万州区癌症、慢性呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病和心脑血管疾病4种重大慢性病过早死亡情况,预测2030年能否实现《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》中提出的防控目标。方法:收集2015—2021年万州区死因监测资料,计算4种重大慢性病死亡率、过早死亡率及年度变化百分比(APC),预测2030年4种重大慢性病过早死亡率,并与《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》中提出的目标值比较。结果:2015—2021年万州区4种重大慢性病死亡率在610.40/10万-657.42/10万之间,男性高于女性,标化死亡率呈下降趋势;2015—2021年万州区4种重大慢性病总体过早死亡率呈下降趋势(APC=-5.45%),女性低于男性;癌症、慢性呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病过早死亡率呈下降趋势(APC分别为-5.16%、-11.40%和-5.26%),糖尿病过早死亡率无显著变化。结论:预测2030年万州区4种重大慢性病过早死亡率可以实现《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出的防控目标,但应重视糖尿病防治和男性慢性病防治。OBJECTIVE To analyze the premature mortality of four major chronic diseases in Wanzhou District and to predict whether the premature mortality of major chronic diseases can achieve the goal of The Outline of the“Healthy China 2030”Plan.METHODS The monitoring data of deaths in Wanzhou District from 2015 to 2021 were collected,the mortality,premature mortality and annual change(APC)were calculated,and the premature mortality of four major chronic diseases in 2030 was predicted,and compared with the target value proposed in The Outline of the“Healthy China 2030”Plan.RESULTS From 2015 to 2021,the mortality rate of four major chronic diseases in Wanzhou District was between 610.40/105and 657.42/105,men were higher than women,and the standardized mortality rate decreased.From 2015 to 2021,the overall premature mortality rate of four major chronic diseases in Wanzhou District showed a downward trend(APC=-5.45%).Women were lower than men;premature mortality of cancer,chronic respiratory diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases declined(APC=-5.16%,-11.40%,-5.26%),premature mortality from diabetes was not significantly changed.CONCLUSION It is predicted that the premature mortality rate of four major chronic diseases in Wanzhou District by 2030 can achieve the prevention and control target value proposed in The Outline of the“Healthy China 2030”Plan,but should be paid to the prevention and treatment of diabetes and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in men.
