摘　　要：目的:了解陇南市农民健康素养水平,为健康教育与健康促进工作提供决策依据。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,于2020年10—12月对甘肃省陇南市1026名18-69岁农民进行面对面问卷调查。结果:陇南市农民健康素养总体水平为8.5%,女性(9.5%)高于男性(7.7%),汉族(8.6%)高于其他民族(3.7%),健康素养水平随年龄增长而下降,随文化程度增高而提升。3个方面健康素养水平分别为:基本知识和理念27.5%,健康生活方式与行为15.2%,基本健康技能23.2%;6类健康问题素养水平从高到低依次为:安全与急救32.3%,科学健康观28.5%,传染病防治17.5%,健康信息17.3%,基本医疗15.0%,慢性病防治14.3%。结论:陇南市农民健康素养水平低于同期甘肃省农民的平均水平,健康生活方式与行为和慢性病防治素养水平较低,应采取针对性措施大力开展农民健康素养促进行动。OBJECTIVE To grasp the level of health literacy among farmers in Longnan of Gansu province,and to provide the guidance for health care,health education and health promotion.METHODS Multi-stage sampling method was adopted in the surveillance,and 1026 residents aged 18-69 years were investigated.RESULTS The overall level of health literacy of farmers in Gansu was 8.5%,the overall level of the female and the Han nationality were higher than that of the male,other nationalities,respectively;the level of health literacy decreases with age,the higher the education level,the higher the level of health literacy.The level of health literacy in three aspects were:basic knowledge and concepts was 27.5%,life style and behavior was 15.2%,and basic health skills was 23.2%.The level of health literacy in six health issues were:scientific view of health was 28.5%,safety and first aid was32.3%,prevention of communicable diseases was 17.5%,health information was 17.3%,basic medical care was 15.0%and prevention of chronic diseases was 14.3%.CONCLUSION The level of health literacy of farmers in Longnan is at a low level,especially in life style and behavior and the prevention of chronic diseases,it should develop vigorously health literacy promotion action of farmers with targeted measures.
