小型西洋南瓜品种比较试验

摘　　要：为筛选适合广西桂林栽培的优质高产小型西洋南瓜新品种,在相同的栽培管理水平下以12个小型西洋南瓜为试材开展品种比较试验,结果表明:桂贝1号的综合性状表现最好,其单瓜重和单株产量分别为492.3 g和1.53 kg,可溶性固形物含量、淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量分别达到10.1%、11.8 g/100g.Fw和9.5 mg/g.Fw,口感甜、粉、香;其次为贝栗4号和桂贝2号,金星和栗晶的品质较好,但产量较低。本研究认为桂贝1号、贝栗4号和桂贝2号等小型西洋南瓜适合在广西桂林种植。To screen out new varieties of small pumkin(Cucurbita maxima)with high yield and quality which are suitable for planting in Guangxi,the comparative tests of 12 small pumkins(cucurbita maxima)varieties were carried out under the same cultivation and management level.The results showed that Guibei 1 had the best comprehensive trait,the average fruit weight and yield per plant were 492.3 g and 1.53 kg,respectively;the contents of soluble solid,starch and soluble sugar reached 10.1%,11.8 g/100g.Fw and 9.5 mg/g.Fw,respectively;it tasted tweet,powdery fluffy and fragrant.Followed by Beili 4 and Guibei 2.Jinxing and Lijing had good quality,but low yield.This research indicates that the small pumkins(Cucurbita maxima)varieties Guibei 1,Beili 4 and Guibei 2 are suitable for planting in Guilin,Guangxi.
