摘  要:为了筛选高效、低毒的防治根结线虫病药剂和明确适宜的施药浓度,开展了41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂不同施药量对黄瓜幼苗安全性评价、根结线虫病防效对比和黄瓜产量影响等研究。结果表明,41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂在黄瓜苗定植后当天,采用灌根法施药1次,用药量0.015~0.03 mL/株,防治效果和效益佳。In order to search for high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticides for controlling root-knot nematode disease with the suitable application concentration,the safety of fluopyram 41.7%suspension concentrate to cucumber seedlings,the control effect on root-knot nematode disease and the effect on cucumber yield were studied.The results showed that the control effect of flupyramil 41.7%suspension concentrate was the best when it was applied to the cucumber seedlings by root irrigation on the day after transplanting with the dosage of 0.015-0.030 mL/plant.
