火力发电厂水系统深度优化技术的实践

摘  要:通过对水系统中取水、用水和排水设施的技术改造,江苏华电扬州发电有限公司将迈进节水型火力发电企业行列。对本企业发电过程中水系统设备技术升级,提高了原水预处理能力、锅炉补给水精度以及循环水工业水的利用率,并通过整合生活污水、渣水、含煤废水、脱硫废水等处理系统,实行梯级利用,实现废水零排放,最大限度地利用水资源,发电水耗率由1.75 m^(3)/MW·h之上降低到1.71 m^(3)/MW·h以下,达到节水型企业标准,年节约水费80余万元。这种在对水系统综合性分析基础上的深度优化技术运用,对于水系统不合理尤其是水资源利用不科学的火力发电厂具有积极的指导作用,对节能环保工作的开展亦具有很大的参考价值。Through the technical renovation of water intake,water consumption and drainage facilities in the water system,Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou power generation Co.,Ltd.will step into the ranks of water-saving thermal power generation enterprises.The technical upgrading of the reclaimed water system equipment in the power generation process of the enterprise has improved the raw water pretreatment capacity,the accu-racy of boiler make-up water and the utilization rate of circulating water and industrial water.Through the in-tegration of domestic sewage,slag water,coal containing waste-water,desulfurization waste-water and oth-er treatment systems,the cascade utilization is implemented to achieve zero discharge of waste-water and maximize the utilization of water resources.The water consumption rate of power generation has been re-duced from above 1.75 m^(3)/MW·h to 1.71 m^(3)/MW·h,meeting the standard of water-saving enterprises and saving more than 800000 yuan in annual water cost.This application of deep optimization technology based on comprehensive analysis of water system has a positive guiding role for thermal power plants with unreasonable water system,especially unscientific utilization of water resources and also has great reference value for the development of energy conservation and environmental protection.
