摘  要:电站锅炉的最大热损失是排烟温度,降低排烟温度,减少热损失对于提高锅炉效率有重要作用。结合外高桥第二发电厂空气预热器后烟气酸露点实测试验,对空气预热器出口烟温控制优化运行方案进行论证,提出锅炉排烟温度降低到不小于90℃运行时是安全可靠的,可有效提高机组经济性。The maximum heat loss of the utility boiler is the exhaust gas temperature.Reducing the ex-haust gas temperature and heat loss plays an important role in improving the boiler efficiency.Com-bined with the actual measurement test of acid dew point of flue gas after the air preheater of Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.2 Power Generation,the optimized operation of flue gas temperature control at the out-let of air preheater is demonstrated.It is proposed that it is safe and reliable to operate when the ex-haust gas temperature of the boiler is reduced to no less than 90℃,which can effectively improve the economy of the unit.
