摘 要:本文采用热力学循环计算和实验测试相结合的研究方法,研究了过冷度对新型制冷循环(梯级吸排气循环)节能性的影响。结果表明,梯级吸排气循环与简单循环类似,存在一个最优过冷度使循环性能系数最高;但是,梯级吸排气循环对过冷度更敏感,简单循环的最优过冷度是单吸双排循环的2倍,而且当过冷度超过8 K时相同过冷度的简单循环性能系数高于单吸双排循环。In this work,the effect of subcooling on the efficiency of stepped pressure cycle is investigated through thermodynamic cycle analysis and experiments.The results show that there is an optimal degree of subcooling to maximize the coefficient of performance of stepped pressure cycle,which is similar as the simple cycle.However,stepped pressure cycle is more sensitive to the subcooling.The optimal subcooling of the simple cycle is about 2 times that of the dual-discharge pressure cycle.When the subcooling exceeds 8 K,the simple cycle becomes more efficient than the dual-discharge pressure cycle.
