摘 要:超大直径全断面竖井掘进机施工过程中刀盘推力会使围岩受到剧烈扰动。针对竖井掘进机施工过程进行数值模拟,探明不同围岩条件下的机—岩相互作用,围岩应力、位移场及塑性区的分布及演化规律。结果表明:围岩应力受开挖深度、围岩条件和离刀盘开挖面的距离影响,刀盘盾体与井筒结构交界处、刀盘开挖面边缘及刀盘内圈会出现应力集中现象;强风化围岩条件下围岩径向变形最大值为7.33 mm,距离竖井1D(D为竖井直径)掘进施工扰动影响可忽略;围岩塑性区范围随着围岩条件的劣化和开挖深度的增长呈扩张趋势;先导掘进装置盾体对开挖面内圈岩体形成约束,刀盘切削挤压岩体时被约束的岩体应力集中,导致内圈刀盘磨损及所需切削扭矩和推力比其他部位更大。Significant disturbance will be caused on surrounding rock during the shaft boring process by using large-diameter shaft boring machine.In this paper,a numerical model based on a shaft project constructed by large-diameter shaft boring machine was built to study on stress and radial deformation of surrounding rock in different rock condition and the rock plastic zone′s distribution and development.The result shows that the rock stress is mainly affected by excavation depth,rock condition and the distance away from the cutter-head.Stress concentration appears at the excavation face of cutter-head and the junction of shield and lining.The maximum of rock radial deformation located at the junction of shield and lining can reach 7.33 mm in highly weathered rock.At the distance of 1D(D is the shaft diameter)from the shaft,the rock deformation due to the disturbance of shaft construction can be ignored.The area of plastic zone tends to expand as the deterioration of rock condition and the increasement of excavation depth.The rock mass in the inner ring of the excavation face was restricted by the shield of pilot tunnel machine,which would lead to the stress concentration and more torque and thrust were required to break rock in this part than the others.
