摘 要:下向水平分层胶结充填采矿中,通常采用高灰砂比的胶结充填体作为承载层,承载层厚度对保障采矿作业安全、降低生产成本具有重要意义。目前,承载层一般采用简化的梁、板模型计算其厚度,计算结果与工程实际存在较大差异。为此,结合某矿山实际,建立了回采进路断面尺寸为5 m×4 m的计算模型。通过数值模拟得到不同承载层厚度的顶板中点位移值,由此构建了顶板位移尖点突变模型。结果表明,承载层厚度小于1.2 m时,进路顶板两侧拐角处形成连续塑性区;承载层厚度为1.0~1.2 m时,位移突变特征值由正值向负值发生跃变。考虑矿山工程实际的安全性,最终推荐承载层厚度为1.5 m,工程实践表明,此承载层厚度可以满足该回采断面下的安全要求。The cemented filling body with high cement-tailing ratio is often used as the bearing layer in the downward cemented filling mining.The thickness of bearing layer is an important aspect to ensure the safety of mining operation and reduce production cost.At present,the design of bearing layer thickness generally adopts beam and plate model,but the calculation results are different from the engineering practice.Therefore,the calculation model of mining drift with cross-section of 5 m×4 m is established.The midpoint displacement of roof with different thickness of bearing layer is calculated by numerical simulation,and the cusp catastrophe model of roof displacement is constructed.The results show that continuous plastic zone are formed at the corners on both sides of the roof of the mining drift,when the thickness of the bearing layer is less than 1.2 m.At the same time,the characteristic value of displacement mutation changes from positive value to negative value,when the thickness of bearing layer is 1.0~1.2 m.Considering the actual safety of mine engineering,the 1.5 m thickness is finally recommended.The field practice shows that the thickness of bearing layer can meet the safety requirements.
