摘  要:针对深部开采下巷道稳定性问题,以某铅锌矿568 m水平中段巷道为工程背景,通过支撑结构理论计算模型,结合FLAC3D数值模拟实验,揭示不同岩体质量等级下巷道承载结构分布特征,分析岩体质量等级对各承载结构区域下最大、最小主应力分布及塑性破坏特征的影响。研究发现:(1)岩体质量等级每提高一级,浅、深和关键支撑层厚度分别平均增加0.43、0.65、0.21 m,该矿深部巷道的浅、深和关键支撑层厚度分别在0.42~0.85、2.31~3.08、0.46~1.02 m之间;(2)随着岩体质量等级的增加,各支撑层内最大、最小主应力值呈增加趋势,不同区域内应力分布具有明显的差异性;(3)关键支撑层外边界到巷道边界之间的围岩会发生塑性破坏;围岩强度较低时,浅部支撑层内巷道底板及拱角容易出现拉伸破坏,这导致部分巷道出现底角破碎、两帮岩体沿节理面破坏的现象。岩体质量等级越高,关键支撑层离巷道越远,塑性破坏范围越大。Aiming at the stability of deep mining roadway,the 568 m horizontal middle roadway of a lead-zinc mine as the engineering background,the support structure theory calculation model is adopted,combining with FLAC 3D numerical simulation experiment,distribution characteristics of roadway bearing structure under different rock mass quality grades are studied,and influence of rock mass quality grade on distribution of maximum and minimum principal stress and plastic failure characteristics in various bearing structure areas of roadway surrounding rock.Studies have shown that:①When the quality grade of rock mass is increased by one level,the thickness of shallow,deep and key bearing structure will increase by 0.43 m,0.65 m and 0.21 m on average respectively.The thickness of shallow,deep and key bearing structure in the deep roadway of the mine is 0.42~0.85 m,2.31~3.08 m and 0.46~1.02 m respectively.②With the increase of quality grade of surrounding rock mass,the maximum and minimum principal stress values in each bearing structure are increasing,there are obvious differences in stress distribution in different bearing structure.③Plastic failure will occur in the surrounding rock between the outer boundary of the key bearing structure and the boundary of the roadway.When the strength of surrounding rock is low,the floor and arch angle of roadway in the shallow bearing structure are prone to tensile failure,which leads to the phenomenon that the bottom angle of some roadways is broken and the two sides of rock mass are damaged along the joint plane.The lower the quality grade of rock mass,the farther the key bearing structure is from the roadway,and the greater the plastic failure range.
