摘 要:粗颗粒浮选逐渐受到选矿行业的重视,采用粗颗粒浮选不但可以降低磨矿能耗,规避微细颗粒浮选时的一系列问题,还利于尾矿的脱水和综合利用。以石英为研究对象,探究药剂用量、矿浆浓度、叶轮转速和充气量、粒度组成等因素对最大可浮粒度的影响,找到适合粗颗粒浮选的条件。结果表明,在十二胺用量为2 500 g/t、pH值为7、矿浆浓度10%、叶轮转速1 500 r/min和充气量80 L/h的条件下,石英的最大可浮粒度最大,加入细颗粒及提高其占比可以增强泡沫的稳定性进而提升最大可浮粒度。Coarse particle flotation has gradually received the attention of the mineral processing industry,the use of coarse particle flotation can not only reduce the energy consumption of grinding,to avoid a series of problems in the flotation of fine particles,and also facilitate the dewatering of tailings and comprehensive utilization.Taking quartz as the research object,explores the changes of flotation conditions,such as the effects of reagent dosage,pulp concentration,impeller speed and inflation,particle size composition and other factors on the maximum floatable particle size,determining the suitable flotation conditions for coarse particle flotation.The results showed that the maximum floatable particle size of quartz was maximized at a dodecylamine dosage of 2500 g/t,pH of 7,pulp concentration of 10%,impeller speed of 1500 r/min and inflation volume of 80 L/h.The stability of the froth can be improved by adding and increasing the proportion of fine particles,thus increasing the maximum floatable particle size.
