摘 要:针对矿用管状带式输送机工作过程中产生噪声的问题,将采集的管带机噪声数据和主振频率作为COMSOL仿真和后续实验输入噪声激励的依据,设计出一种基于声学超材料的吸隔声结构,利用超材料特殊的声学性能探究其对管带机的吸隔声作用,并创新性地通过改变结构内蜂窝芯子的边长及高度,根据仿真结果比较不同参数下的吸隔声性能,确定声学超材料板的最佳设计参数。最后,设计实验测量超材料板的隔声数据并绘制隔声曲线,整体上实验与仿真结果相一致,且实验得到在主振频率范围内噪声最高能被有效地降低34.2 dB。通过研究表明:在合理的结构参数下,设计的声学超材料板具有良好的低频吸隔声性能,为实现管带机的吸隔声提供了一定的参考。Aiming at the noise generated in the working process of mining tubular belt conveyor,the collected noise data and main vibration frequency of the tubular belt conveyor are used as the basis for the input noise excitation of COMSOL simulation and subsequent experiments,and a sound absorption and insulation structure based on acoustic metamaterials is designed.The special acoustic performance of the material is used to explore its sound absorption and insulation effect on the tubular belt conveyor.The length and height of the honeycomb core in the structure are innovatively changed to compare the sound absorption and insulation performance under different parameters according to the simulation results.The optimal design parameters of acoustic metamaterial panels are determined.Finally,an experiment is designed to measure the sound insulation data of the metamaterial board and the curve of sound insulation is drew.The experimental and simulation results are generally consistent,and the experimental results show that the noise can be effectively reduced by up to 34.2 dB in the main vibration frequency range.It is concluded that the designed acoustic metamaterial board has good low-frequency sound absorption and insulation performance under the reasonable structural parameters,which provides a certain reference for the realization of the sound absorption and insulation of the tubular belt conveyor.
