摘　　要：讨论血浊与老年脑病的关系以及清化血浊法在老年脑病防治中的意义。“血浊”作为一种全新的中医病理学概念,贯穿老年脑病的发生发展,是老年脑病的病理枢纽。清化血浊能够从根本上调节脏腑功能,延缓衰老,对防治老年脑病具有重要的指导意义。This paper mainly discusses the relationship between blood turbidity and senile encephalopathy and the significance of clearing blood turbidity in the prevention and treatment of senile encephalopathy.“blood turbidity”,as a brand-new pathological concept of traditional Chinese medicine,runs through the occurrence and development of senile encephalopathy and is the pathological hub of senile encephalopathy.Clearing blood turbidity can fundamentally regulate viscera function and delay aging,which has important guiding significance for preventing and treating senile encephalopathy.
