津沽伤科推拿中时相性辨证理论的形成依据初探

摘　　要：推拿是中华民族智慧的结晶,为延续中华民族的健康、繁荣、兴盛作出了巨大的贡献。作为推拿的重要分支,伤科推拿因其良好的疗效受到医学界的重视。然而,随着人类健康意识的提升,个性化、预防性已成为医学界研究的重要焦点。传统固定成套的伤科推拿治疗模式已出现瓶颈。津沽伤科推拿守正创新,将时相性辨证思维融入推拿治疗,使伤科推拿既遵循中医传统的整体观和辨证思路,又将手法功效最大化发挥。文章将系统论述时相性辨证理论的形成依据。Tuina is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation,and has made great contributions to the continuation of the health,prosperity and prosperity of the Chinese nation.As an important branch of Tuina,Tuina in traumatology department has been paid attention to by medical circles for its good curative effects.However,with the improvement of human health awareness,personalized,preventive has become an important focus of medical research.The traditional fixed complete set of massage treatment mode has appeared bottleneck.Jingu traumatology Tuina adheres to the principle of integrity and innovation,integrates the dialectical thinking of time phase into Tuina treatment,so that traumatology Tuina not only follows the traditional holistic view and dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,but also maximizes the effect of manipulation.This paper will systematically discuss the formation basis of the theory of phase differentiation.
