摘　　要：F-T合成油中正构烃含量高,尤其是烯烃含量高。通过催化裂解工艺和芳构化工艺生产烯烃、芳烃等化学品,既能满足市场需求,又能提高经济效益,是FT合成油再加工的有效途径之一。通过高温催化裂解并结合C_(4)馏分和汽油馏分的回炼,F-T合成油可以生产乙烯和丙烯,该方案具有明显的技术优势和经济优势,乙烯产率9.7%,丙烯产率46.4%。F-T合成油催化裂解产品分离丙烯后的干气、C_(4)馏分和汽油馏分中烯烃含量非常高,通过芳构化技术可以将其转化为芳烃,能够满足市场对化学品的多元化需求,丙烯产率31.35%,混合芳烃产率28.30%。F-T synthetic oil has a high content of n-hydrocarbons,especially olefins.The production of olefins,aromatics and other chemicals through catalytic cracking process and aromatization process can not only meet the market demand,but also improve the economic benefit.It is one of the effective ways to reprocess F-T synthetic oil.Through high-temperature catalytic cracking and combined with the recycle of C_(4) and gasoline fraction,F-T synthetic oil can produce ethylene and propylene.This scheme has obvious technical and economic advantages,with ethylene yield of 9.7%and propylene yield of 46.4%.The content of olefins in dry gas,C_(4) fraction and gasoline fraction of F-T synthetic oil catalytic cracking product after propylene separation is very high.It can be converted into aromatics through aromatization technology,which can meet the diversified needs of the market for chemicals.The yield of propylene is 31.35%,and the yield of mixed aromatics is 28.30%.
