环保法视角下皮革企业的可持续发展问题与对策研究

摘　　要：为有效改善皮革企业发展难题,需基于新《环境保护法》视角,以可持续发展战略推进企业的可持续发展新格局建设。据此,分析了新《环境保护法》亮点及其对皮革企业发展的影响,阐述了环保法下皮革企业承担环境保护责任的必要性,探究了环保法视角下皮革企业的可持续发展问题,并针对性提出了一系列切实有效的发展对策,即树立全体环保意识、全面普及清洁化生产、积极创新优化绿色技术、推行企业环境会计理念、构建健全环保信用库。In order to effectively improve the development problems of leather enterprises,it is necessary to promote the construction of a new pattern of sustainable development of enterprises with sustainable development strategy from the perspective of the new environmental protection law.Based on this,this paper analyzed the highlights of the new environmental protection law and its impact on the development of leather enterprises,expounded the necessity for leather enterprises to bear the responsibility of environmental protection under the environmental protection law,explored the sustainable development of leather enterprises from the perspective of environmental protection law,and put forward a series of practical and effective development countermeasures,specifically,establishing all environmental protection awareness,comprehensively popularizing cleaner production,actively innovating and optimizing green technology,promoting the concept of enterprise environmental accounting,and building and improving the environmental protection credit bank.
