乒乓球鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革性能分析

摘　　要：以有机硅多元醇改性无溶剂双组分聚氨酯,制备乒乓球鞋用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革,并对基于不同—NCO含量与r值、不同软段类型,以及不同有机硅多元醇含量时的聚氨酯合成革性能进行了试验测试分析。结果表明,—NCO含量为16%时,无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的各项性能最优,符合乒乓球鞋用革标准;软段类型为聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL-2000)时,无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的力学性能最佳,满足乒乓球鞋合成革性能要求;有机硅多元醇OFOH-702E质量分数为10%时,无溶剂聚氨酯合成革的综合性能最好,满足乒乓球鞋合成革性能要求,且有机硅的添加可使其质感更加舒适,柔软且不干涩。Solvent free polyurethane synthetic leather for table tennis shoes was prepared by modifying solvent-free two-component polyurethane with silicone polyol.The properties of polyurethane synthetic leather based on different—NCO content and r value,different soft segment types and different silicone polyol content were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the content of—NCO is 16%,the properties of solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather are the best,which meets the standard of table tennis shoe leather.When the soft segment type is polycarbonate diol(PCDL-2000),the mechanical properties of solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather are the best,which can meet the performance requirements of table tennis shoe synthetic leather.When the mass fraction of silicone polyol OFOH-702 E is 10%,the comprehensive performance of solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather is the best,which meets the performance standard of synthetic leather for table tennis shoes,and the addition of silicone can make its texture more comfortable,soft and not dry.
