摘 要:采用LiF-LaF_(3)-La_(2)O_(3)熔盐体系自耗阴极电解制备得到La-Cu合金,通过SEM、EDS及XRD表征并分析了电解产物的成分及物相组成,同时分析了La、Cu及主要杂质元素的含量。在LiF-LaF_(3)-La_(2)O_(3)的体系中,当温度为1 250~1 270 K,槽电压4.5 V,La_(2)O_(3)添加量为熔盐质量的0.4%~0.6%时,以金属铜为自耗阴极,经2 h电解成功制备出La-Cu合金。通过表征结果可知,在该条件下电解制备出的La-Cu合金主相为LaCu_(5)合金,第二相为LaCu_(2)。La-Cu alloy was prepared by electrolysis with LiF-LaF_(3)-La_(2)O_(3) molten salt system.The composition and phase composition of the electrolysis products were characterized via SEM,EDS and XRD,respectively.The contents of La,Cu and main impurity elements were analyzed.The results show that in the LiF-LaF_(3)-La_(2)O_(3) system,the temperature is 1250—1270 K,the cell voltage is 4.5 V,the amount of La_(2)O_(3) is 0.4%—0.6%of the mass in molten salt,and the metal copper is used as the self-consumption cathode,the La-Cu alloy is successfully prepared by 2 h electrolysis.Under optimal conditions,the main phase of the La-Cu alloy prepared by electrolysis is LaCu_(5),and the second phase is LaCu_(2).
