摘  要:为了回收水淬焙烧渣中的贵金属,提出采用H_(2)SO_(4)-NaCl-NaClO_(3)体系从冰铜水淬渣中浸出金、铂、钯。系统研究了固液比、硫酸浓度、氯化钠浓度、溶液氧化性、浸出温度、粒度和浸出时间等主要参数对浸出的影响。H_(2)SO_(4)-NaCl-NaClO_(3)浸出冰铜水淬渣中金铂钯的优化工艺参数为:硫酸浓度0.5 mol/L、氯化钠浓度25%、初始ORP(氧化还原电位)值1 062 mV,在此条件下,金、铂、钯的浸出率分别为90%、89%、88%。In order to recover precious metals in water-quenched roasting slag,a method of leaching gold,platinum and palladium from matte water-quenched slag was proposed using H_(2)SO_(4)-NaCl-NaClO_(3) leaching solution system.The effects of main parameters including the solid-liquid ratio,sulfuric acid concentration,sodium chloride concentration.solution oxidation,leaching temperature,particle size and leaching time on leaching were systematically studied.The optimized process parameters of H_(2)SO_(4)-NaCl-NaClO_(3) leaching of gold,platinum and palladium from water-quenched copper matte slag are that the concentration of sulfuric acid is 0.5 mol/L,the concentration of sodium chloride is 25%,and the initial ORP(redox potential)value is 1062 mV,under the optimal conditions,the leaching rates of gold,platinum and palladium are 90%,89%and 88%,respectively.
