摘  要:为减少传统化石能源的使用,达到减少金属提取过程碳排放的目的,将微波技术与氯化提金技术相结合,利用微波快速加热特性,缩短高温氯化工艺中物料的停留时间,减少烟气挥发量,提高金的吸收率。在实验室小试基础上,对湖南某氰化尾渣进行了微波氯化提金中试研究,考察微波隧道窑的运行情况。结果表明:在正常工况下,氰化尾渣金挥发率稳定达到97%以上,渣含金约为0.2 g/t;吸收装置吸收效果好,挥发的含金烟气99.80%可以被烟气捕集系统回收。In order to reduce the use of traditional fossil energy and achieve the purpose of reducing carbon emissions during metal extraction process,microwave technology is combined with chlorination gold extraction technology,and the rapid heating characteristics of microwave are used to shorten the residence time of materials in the high-temperature chlorination process and reduce flue gas volatilization to increase the absorption rate of gold.On the basis of the laboratory test,a pilot-scale study of microwave chloride gold extraction was carried out on a cyanide tailing in Hunan,and the operation of a microwave tunnel kiln was investigated.The results show that under normal working conditions,the gold volatilization rate of the cyanide tailings is above 97%,and the gold content of the slag is about 0.2 g/t.Capture system recycling.The absorption device has a good absorption effect,and 99.80%of the volatilized gold-containing flue gas can be recovered by the flue gas capture system.
