摘 要:某难处理铜铅锌混合矿原矿含铜、铅、锌分别为0.71%、2.16%、1.25%,脉石矿物主要是石英和方解石。铜、铅、锌氧化率均较高,相互嵌布共生。经试验研究,采用一粗三精两扫的工艺流程,通过粗选加入500 g/t硫酸铵活化及强化硫化氧化矿,1 500 g/t硫化钠硫化氧化矿的同时抑制矿泥,100 g/t硫酸铜活化闪锌矿,最后通过600+150 g/t异戊基黄药+丁基铵黑药组合捕收剂综合捕收铜铅锌矿物,56 g/t松醇油作为起泡剂,精选和扫选不加药,闭路试验获得了高于现场的浮选指标。混合精矿产品中Cu品位为8.88%、回收率70.15%;Pb的品位为26.84%、回收率为77.62%;Zn的品位为9.51%、回收率为46.42%。铜铅锌混合矿被最大限度地回收。A refractory mixed ore of copper-lead-zinc contains 0.71%copper,2.16%lead and 1.25%zinc,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz and calcite.The oxidation rate of copper,lead and zinc is high,and they are interlaid and symbiosis.After the test,the technology process of one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging was used to treat with this ore.In the rougher flotation,500 g/t ammonium sulfate was added to pulp solution to activate and strengthen sulfidization oxide ores,1500 g/t sodium sulfide was used to suflidization the oxide ores and depress slimes,and activating sphalerite with 100 g/t copper sulfate.Then,copper,lead and zinc minerals were collected by 600+150 g/t combined collector of sodium isoamyl xanthate(NaIX)and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate(ADD),56 g/t terpenic oil as frother;cleaning and scavenging without use reagent;the higher flotation indexes than dressing works were obtained by the close circuit test.For the bulk concentrates,the copper grade is 8.88%and recovery is 70.15%;the grade of Pb is 26.84%and recovery is 77.62%;the grade of Zn is 9.51%and recovery is 46.42%.Copper,lead and zinc ores were recovered to the maximum extent possible.
